About This Pillar
We believe in the potential of Africa's youth to drive transformation. Our programs provide educational opportunities, vocational training, and mentorship to help young people build successful futures and become leaders in their communities.
Our Youth Leadership Training Program has graduated over 2,500 young people since its inception, providing them with skills in leadership, civic engagement, project management, financial literacy, and community development.
Our Approach
We focus on creating pathways from education to employment or entrepreneurship. Our programs connect young people with internship and employment opportunities, while also supporting those who want to start their own businesses.
Key initiatives include leadership development workshops, vocational skills training, mentorship programs, and support for youth-led community projects. We work with schools, community organizations, and local governments to ensure our programs reach those who need them most.
